This is a Tabata style workout class designed to burn calories build muscle and most importantly leave you feeling great. Dumbbells or Barbell Required. We also suggest having a sweat towel and bottled water close by. Suggested Dumbbell weight of 5 - 20 lbs Suggested Barbell weight of 10 - 40 lbs

About the Event

This is a Tabata style workout class designed to burn calories build muscle and most importantly leave you feeling great. Dumbbells or Barbell Required.  We also suggest having a sweat towel and bottled water close by. 

We will offer this class every Thursday. We encourage you to join the class via subscription for discounted rates and free apparel . Class size is limited to 25 participants so early sign up is strongly encouraged.
