This is an intense calisthenic workout routine. This urban training technique will build endurance and muscle hardness. It takes more than strength. You'll need heart and mental toughness for this workout. This is a 5 circuit workout and it will not be easy. You'll get just 2 minute of rest between the circuits. No rest between movements. Thats right, you go straight from one exercise to the other. This is not a one and done routine. You are not expected to be able to complete this in one try, but rather working at it, failing, and trying again in a few days, until you have built the strength and endurance to conquer this challenge. Pull-up bar needed.
